Packaging

Every order ships in an unmarked box or mailer. The return label shows a neutral company name with no reference to what is inside. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents, and no packing slip lists product names unless you ask for one.

Returns

• Unopened hosiery and lingerie — 30 days, full refund.
• Opened hosiery, lingerie, and any insertable or body-contact item — not returnable. This is a health regulation, not a preference.
• Everything else — 30 days unused, in original packaging.
• Faulty goods — returnable at any point within a year, opened or not.

Exchanges

Size exchanges on unopened items are free one time per order. Use the size chart first — it is measured on real garments.
