How we handle privacy
What appears on your box, your statement, and in your inbox.
Unmarked outer box or mailer. Neutral return address. No branding, no imagery, no product names on the exterior. A packing slip is included only if you request one.
Your card statement shows CLTF RETAIL with a generic merchant category. No reference to the store name or the category of goods.
Order confirmations come from a neutral sender with a subject line that reads as any other retail order. Product names appear only inside the email body, which you can turn off in account settings.
We do not sell, rent or share customer data. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on product pages. Purchase history is never used to build audiences with an outside platform.
You can delete your account and purchase history from your account page at any time. Order records required for tax purposes are retained in a separate, de-identified ledger.
