Casting — hosiery & lingerie
We shoot four campaigns a year, run ongoing catalogue work, and commission remote sets from models anywhere in the country. We cast directly, we pay net 14, and you set your own content ceiling rather than us setting it for you.

Do not send imagery with your first message. The application below is text only. Once it is reviewed we send you a verification link, and you complete a short recorded video call holding your government photo ID. That call is the gate. It takes about ten minutes.
After verification you get an authenticated upload link tied to your file. From that point you can submit whatever falls inside the tiers you selected, including explicit material, and it goes straight into encrypted storage rather than anyone's inbox.
Unverified imagery arriving over email is a problem for you and for us. You lose control of where a file ends up; we end up holding material we cannot prove anything about. Verifying first solves both. It also means we never ask anyone to prove their age after they have already sent something.
Verification is a recorded video call against a government-issued photo ID. There is no alternative route, no exception for a referral, and no way to skip it. Anyone who misstates their age is reported and permanently blocked. For explicit work we retain identity records as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, indexed under every name you have worked as.
Pick your tiers below. They are cumulative in one direction only — selecting a higher tier does not commit you to it on any particular shoot, and you can revise your ceiling up or down at any time in writing without giving a reason.
On set and on remote briefs you approve a shot list in advance. Any individual shot can be declined in the moment, at no cost to your rate, and we do not ask again.
We never ask you to raise a tier. If you leave the explicit box unticked you will not be approached about it, now or later.
Most of the country is not within driving distance of our studio. Rather than lose those models, we commission sets remotely.
Eight to twelve usable frames of one product: two full-length, three detail, two in-motion, and the rest your call. We use maybe half. You are paid for the set, not per selected frame, and rejected sets are still paid.
A phone from the last four years, daylight from a window, and a plain wall. That is genuinely the whole list. If you own better, use it. We will never reject a set for being shot on a phone, and several of the images currently on the store were.
Remote work runs on the ceiling you set at verification. The brief will never ask for anything outside it, and the explicit rate adjustment applies to remote sets on the same terms.

Rates are benchmarked against 2026 intimate-apparel commercial work, which runs materially above general e-commerce day rates. If you are agency-represented and your card is higher, send it — we would rather pay your rate than lose you.
